1. Introduction
Welcome to Return to Performance (RTP) ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.returntoperformance.co.uk (the "Site") and our services. By accessing or using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
2. Services
We provide bespoke and cohesive physiotherapy and strength & conditioning packages, including programming, remote services and face to face services. Our services are designed to assist you in improving your performance, recovering from injuries, and achieving your fitness goals.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking: To book our services, you must complete the booking process through our Site or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment: Payment for our services is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit card, cash, bank transfer.
4. Cancellation Policy
General Cancellation: If you cancel your booking with less than 48 hours' notice, no refund will be provided. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Screening Packages Involving Travel: For screening packages that require our team to travel to your location, a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. The amount of the deposit and specific terms will be discussed with you before confirming your booking.
Package Cancellations:
Any packages that are cancelled by RTP will be refunded in full. Packages cancelled by the client; will be liable to pay half the upfront cost plus any services they have used. The rest will be refunded by bank transfer.
5. Changes to Bookings
If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Use of Our Services
You agree to use our services in accordance with any instructions provided and to inform us of any relevant medical conditions or injuries before commencing treatment or screening.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our Site or services. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RTP or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Site without our express written consent.
